"Meet The Band"

"Emma Boulter" - Alto & Tenor Saxaphone & Backing Vocals.
Emma is 19 years old and started playing the flute at the age of 8 she's played with various orchestra's such as the Northampton Youth County concert band and venues such as The Royal Festival Hall, The Royal Albert Hall, as well as The Derngate, Northampton just to name a few. She has competed in national and international music festivals and competitions winning gold awards. Emma took up the saxaphone at the age of 13 and fell in love with the "Glen Miller" sound plus Jazz and Blues. Now playing Alto and Tenor sax, she has jumped on board with "Time to Breathe" and now facing the challenge of adopting Dick Parrys style and technics. Emma's has sang in various bands, in 2002 she toured America, performing duets and solos and took part in the local Eisteddfods achieving many awards. Emma was also a member of the Masqurade Choir, winning first place in the "International Eisteddfod" held in Liangollen. 'Quote' "Although I have been mainly jazz trained I'm a real "Rock Chick" at Heart and enjoy bands such as "Queen, Floyd, Foo Fighters, Ash and the list goes on and on.... joining 'Time to Breathe' is a real challenge for me and I'm really enjoying myself."

"Neil Smith" - Bass Guitar & Vocals
Neil has played for many years now on the semi-pro scene and has just came out of a well deserved 18 month break to join the team and like "Guy Pratt" loves to jump around the stage. This man really knows is stuff and plays with passion.

"David Deacon" - Keyboards & Piano.
David was the original keyboard player in 'Out the Flesh'
and now he's back bigger, faster, better.... well let's just say he's back and doing what he does best, and that's playing his Roland keyboard and piano, along with his cheeky smile, just enjoying himself and having a good time.

"Jim Hutchinson" - Lead & Acoustic Guitars & Vocals
Jim has played since the ripe old age of 11 and started his first band at the age of 13 and has been playing live ever since. He's also the founding member of "Out the Flesh" a former Pink Floyd tribute band along with Sharon and David who sadly parted company with the band in June 05. Jim plays the good old Candy Apple Red Strat armed with the "Dave Gilmour" EMG pickups and the Hiwatt Head & 4x12 Cab, well does he sound like the Man? Working along side Terry we think he's not far off him you’ll just have to come see for yourself.

"John Sharpe" - Drums
Well Sharpy has been banging the drums for many years and has played for lots of bands including is last band "Chaos Theory" with Terry, Craig, and Neil. After having a short break he has now jumped on board and joined the team, along side with Richard on (percussion/drums) John has got the "Nick Mason" technique down to perfection. John plays Pearl Drums and uses Sabian cymbals which sounds awesome but don't tell him that he might want more money.

"Sharon Harrison" - Backing Vocals & Percussion
Sharon, well what a girl, she is our very own Sam Brown, who returned a couple of years ago on band scene at the front as lead vocalist and now we have the pleasure of her in our band. Sharon not only sings backing vocals but she also sings lead vocals in ‘Coming Back to Life’ and powerful but angel like vocals in ‘The Great Gig in the Sky’ she also plays a mean cowbell.

"Val Johnson" - Backing Vocals & Percussion
Val is our long blonde haired babe who works very well along side Sharon and gives us that extra soft touch in the songs but also puts her mark on ‘The Great Gig in the Sky’. Val and Sharon have been best friends since they were children.

"Terry West"- Electric, Acoustic & Slide Guitars & Vocals.
Terry like all the other members of the band as played the music venues all over the UK for years, but has always had the urge to play Floyd. After being invited for a audition with the band and past with flying colours, now plays along side Jim, they both pull off the "Tim Renwick", "Dave Gilmour", act spot on. Terry uses Fender & Gibson Guitars, Marshall amps and Yamaha & Zoom Effects.

"Craig Russell" - Second Keyboard & Vocals
Craig has been a front man and vocalist for a number of years and before joining 'Time To Breathe' played in a band with Terry and John. Craig joined ‘Time To Breathe’ as a vocalist but had a hidden talent, he could also play excellent keyboard, so now he’s working along side David, armed with his trusty Korg Triton, he provides us with screaming Hammond and synthesizer sounds, so we have two for the price of one.

"Richard Markie" - Drums & Percussion
Richard has been playing drums now for some 15 years, starting out with the usual school bands, he then moved on to support the county, first at junior level then youth, playing for various groups. He studied earlier in his life with all percussion instruments for the two orchestra's, he then concentrated more on kit music with brass bands and big bands. Now having finished all that and after playing with a few other bands he's now looking forward to taking on the "Gary Wallis" role for 'Time to Breathe'.

"Darren Hutchinson" - Sound & Lighting Engineer
Last but not least, the backbone of ‘TIME TO BREATHE’ Darren. Jim's lad Darren is 20 years old and has been twiddling around with sound and lighting rigs now for the past 3 years after buying the PA and lighting rig, he is now works along side his Dad running their own PA and Lighting Hire company, called D&J’s ‘PA, Sound & Lighting Hire’. With Darren's knowledge and good ear for music he puts the final touches to the overall sound and effects not to mention the superb lighting and laser show, well it’s the Dogs dangly Bits.
We should also mention Jeff Ginger Nuts, Darren's mate and right hand man and band roadie, what some people will do for a packet of crisp and lots of young babes.

We perform a two hour show and apart from the obvious (e.g. helicopter effects, explosions etc all the music is performed totally live with no backing tracks what so ever.
We cover songs from ‘The Wall’, ‘Wish You Were Here’ ‘The Division Bell’ ‘A Momentary Lapse of Reason’ plus all of ‘The Dark Side of The Moon’. More songs are soon to be in the set.

We can play venues such as clubs right through to stadium's and out side arenas.

We use two double HK Actor PA rigs around about 7kwatt x8 15" bass bins and x4 12" plus horns tops, controlled from front of house by Darren via a 32 channel mixing desk. We also have a very large lighting show complete with lasers, scanners and fog machine controlled by a DMX lighting desk.
